Responsibilities
- Responsibility for product and technical issues in the field of voice AI solutions as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and product acceptance
- Develop, optimize, and support voice AI workflows, including prompt design, speech recognition, and natural interaction
- Support and train customers on how to effectively use voice AI and SaaS products, including onboarding and coaching
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously improve product quality, language models, and customer success processes
- Work closely with the product and development team to further develop voice AI capabilities and automate internal processes
- Identification of upselling and cross-selling potentials as well as active participation in the expansion of existing customer relationships
- Contribute to the expansion of the customer success infrastructure, e.g. by building knowledge databases, FAQ systems and voice AI demonstrations
- Technical customer support via telephone, voice calls or ticket systems for fast and competent solution of technical concerns
Qualification
- Interest in artificial intelligence (AI), especially in voice AI technologies and the further development of generative language systems
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Rolle
- Experience with voice and AI platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs, Deepgram or comparable tools is an advantage
- Software affinity and ideally practical experience in dealing with SaaS solutions such as Userpilot, Intercom or similar systems
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and the desire to achieve visible results and measurable customer success
- Ability to analyze processes and clearly identify and constructively implement potential for improvement
- Enjoyment of communication and direct customer contact, combined with empathy, openness and a pronounced service orientation
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
