Job Description:

Our Client is seeking skilled professionals experienced in Go High Level to fill two key roles: a Go High Level Developer and a Client Success Manager (CSM). The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Go High Level features and functions, along with strong communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy features within Go High Level.

• Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the development team.

• Communicate client needs via Slack, email, and text.

• Log support tickets and keep clients updated on progress.

• Utilize tools such as monday.com and Notion for project management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Go High Level features and functionalities.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to follow SOPs and deliver high-quality work.

• Experience in customer service or project management.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Monday.com and Notion.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

• Experience with client communication in a fast-paced environment.

Personality:
