Customer success that really goes down in everyday work.

As a working student in the field of Customer Success, you will become part of a fast-growing tech company and work on Aufmaster – a unique solution of smart measuring device and software that directly measures cable lengths, automatically documents them and makes them digitally available without manual intermediate steps.

In Customer Success, you will accompany customers as they get started with Aufmaster. You will support onboarding, explain functions and workflows and help to integrate the solution into existing workflows in a meaningful way. This gives you direct insights into real B2B use cases – from the construction site to the office.

You will be in close contact with our customers, answer questions by email or call and work together with the team on solutions to typical challenges. You will pass on feedback and requirements to Development, Product and Sales in a structured manner and thus contribute to the further development of Aufmaster.

You will be trained step by step and learn to talk to customers, analyze problems and prepare feedback in an understandable way – an ideal basis for your further path in Customer Success or in the B2B environment.

Responsibilities

Accompanying & supporting customers

Support for our customers before and after the start with Aufmaster

  • Accompaniment of new customers in the first steps, e.g. in video calls with screen sharing
  • Explanation of functions and workflows in daily use

Enquiries & Collaboration

Answering questions from prospects and customers via email, phone, ticketing system, or video

  • Collaborate with the sales team on queries, demos, and follow-ups
  • Recording and following up on customer inquiries
  • Passing on technical topics and feedback to development and product

Building up and passing on knowledge

Support with training, webinars and set-up appointments

  • Maintenance of FAQs, short instructions and help texts
  • Assistance in the creation of simple short videos for the Aufmaster Online Academy

Feedback & Learning

Collect customer feedback and frequently asked questions

  • Recognizing recurring themes or ambiguities
  • Share insights with product, development, and sales to keep Aufmaster improving

Qualification

  • Eingeschriebener Student (z.B. Wirtschaft, Informatik, Kommunikation, Medien o. Ä.)
  • Freude an Kommunikation und daran, Menschen zu helfen
  • Very good feeling for spoken and written language
  • Interest in software and technology (previous knowledge not mandatory)
  • Structured, reliable way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
