Salary: $75,000 – $99,999 USD

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in data manipulation and visualization, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Develop detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  • Data Systems Design: Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validations.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Additional Experience: Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is a plus.
