Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies to boost traffic and conversions
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok campaigns for high ROI and low CPA
- Build and manage email marketing automations, retargeting sequences, and CRM workflows
- Create and optimize landing pages, product listings, and user funnels for better conversion rates
Analytics & Performance:
- Track and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and AI-powered dashboards
- Monitor KPIs including traffic growth, conversion rate, ROAS, and CAC
- Run A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and user journeys
- Use AI-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and predict campaign performance
AI-Driven Marketing & Automation:
- Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Notion AI, etc.) for content creation and automation
- Use AI-based segmentation and predictive analytics to personalize campaigns
- Automate reporting, lead scoring, and customer engagement workflows
Product & Content Marketing:
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns from pre-launch to post-launch engagement
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Produce engaging and conversion-focused digital content
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategies and improve performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or eCommerce
- Proven results in SEO, paid advertising, email automation, and conversion optimisation
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot, and AI-based marketing tools
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and reporting skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented
Location: Remote (Nigeria-based)
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 250,000 Monthly (Performance-Based)
