Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members across multiple functions (content, paid ads, SEO, social, email, etc.).
- Build marketing operations, processes, and workflows from scratch to support a scaling business.
- Partner with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals and KPIs.
- Own performance tracking, reporting, and optimization to maximize ROI.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Experience managing or leading a marketing team
- Demonstrated success building marketing processes and campaigns in a start-up or high-growth company.
- Strong expertise across multiple marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, content, and analytics).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, SEMRush).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
