Purpose of the position:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of digital projects. This role is responsible for scope definition, resource planning, time and budget management, as well as customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills and a proven track record in digital project management, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external allies.

Job Details:  

  • Location: 100% remote. Open to candidates from Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Guatemala.
  • Opening hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Type of contract: Full-time.
  • Language: Native Spanish / English B2 (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Availability: Immediate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the comprehensive delivery of campaigns and projects, ensuring compliance with objectives in scope, schedule, resources, budget and quality.
  • Monitor daily the execution of tasks on the different fronts of the project (creatives, designers, social media, community managers, accounts), ensuring alignment with the operational plan and the agreed deadlines.
  • Manage incidents and blockages of low or medium complexity following established processes, maintaining constant communication with area leaders and general management.
  • Operate with autonomy over the assignments received, ensuring active monitoring and efficient resolution of internal dependencies.
  • Detect opportunities for improvement in workflows, documentation or coordination and propose adjustments to the Program Manager or operational management.
  • Ensure the correct documentation of briefs, deliverables, content plans, progress reports and visibility boards of the project.
  • Plan weekly or campaign deliveries, prioritizing tasks based on impact and operational capacity, in collaboration with the accounts and creative direction teams.
  • Facilitate the integration between creativity, strategy and technical execution when there are digital pieces, microsites, forms or web components.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively advances, deviations, risks or opportunities for improvement to all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Identify bottlenecks in internal processes or client-agency dynamics, proposing solutions that improve the efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the performance indicators established by the agency.
  • Maintain standardization in operational documentation to facilitate the traceability of actions, ensure consistency and reduce errors.
  • Foster a culture of cross-cutting collaboration, individual accountability, and alignment with agency values, reporting performance insights to discipline leaders.
  • Promote fluid communication between internal teams and customers, facilitating clear agreements and active participation of all those involved.
  • Comply with their own deliverables in a timely manner and with the required level of quality, both in internal deliveries and to the customer.

Required academic background:

  • Undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Project Management, or related field.
  • Postgraduate studies, master’s degrees or equivalent formal certifications are valued, as well as proven experience as a Project Manager in digital agencies or Agile environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • More than 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in advertising, marketing or digital creativity agencies, leading multidisciplinary teams in agile, dynamic and client-oriented environments.
  • Successful track record managing 360 integrated projects, including advertising campaigns, audiovisual production, BTL activations and digital pieces, ensuring consistency and compliance with objectives in all phases.
  • Working knowledge of creative workflows in agencies, including deliverables for social media, branding, graphic design and multi-format content.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders (customer, accounts, creative, production, media, digital) ensuring strategic alignment, delivery times and quality standards.
  • Experience leading digital projects as a strategic complement: development of websites, e-commerce, microsites and performance campaigns, with a focus on added value and basic technical coordination.
  • Mastery of digital tools for project management, incidents and collaboration such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, COR, Trello or Notion.
  • Ability to design, implement and follow up on structured operational processes, contributing to internal efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
  • Advanced competencies in negotiation, conflict management and high-level client relations, including executive presentations and KPI monitoring.
  • Impeccable professional attitude, proactive approach, attention to detail and high sense of responsibility to deadlines, budget and client expectations.
  • Solid understanding and application of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in agency contexts, adapting ceremonies and rituals to creative dynamics.
  • Experience managing projects from inception to final deployment, including planning, production, QA, and customer or channel delivery.
  • Knowledge in project financial management: preparation and monitoring of budgets, pipeline control, projections and profitability per account.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan resources, allocate teams, and balance workloads to maximize productivity and ensure on-time/on-brief deliveries.

Desirable

  • Experience managing integrated campaigns that combine traditional media, digital, BTL and audiovisual production.
  • Familiarity with creative management and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Slack.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Design Thinking or Six Sigma.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics in digital campaigns and translate them into improvement actions for the team or the client.
