This is a remote position.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the back-end functions for our 5 global brands. You will be the central point for data integrity across Target+, Walmart, Macy’s, Faire, and TikTok Shop. Your primary goal is to ensure our product catalogues, storefront and pricing are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Catalogue & Listing Maintenance
- Execute the setup and launch of new product listings across 5 platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy in titles, descriptions, and attributes.
- Perform regular “Health Checks” on listings to fix suppressed content, broken images, or categorization errors.
- Conduct bulk price updates and promotional price adjustments.
- Manage the upload and organization of digital assets (images, videos, and A+ content) across all brand portals.
Inventory & Price Syncing
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation with our 3PL
- Daily cross-check pricing across all platforms to ensure price parity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an ecommerce Virtual Assistant Specialist, relevant experience with Amazon, Walmart, Target or Tik Tok Shop is preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work independently with minimal supervision.
