Job Title: Executive Assistant (Full-Time | Remote)

About the Company:

Our Client is a wine tourism and hospitality business with operations across Argentina and the United States. Their business model combines wine tourism concierge services, a wine bar, and wine exportation to the U.S.

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an Executive Assistant (Remote) to support daily operations, streamline processes, and handle a variety of organizational tasks. This role will start as a project-based, full-time assignment (approx. 1–2 months) with the potential to transition into a more structured schedule. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, research, and organizational tasks.

• Manage and organize project management tools (primarily Workflowy).

• Assist with email correspondence and scheduling emails on behalf of the company.

• Support setup and maintenance of lists, workflows, and decision trees.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.

• (Future phases) Provide cold calling and CRM support as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and data entry skills.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with project management tools (Workflowy, Trello, or similar).

• Ability to communicate effectively (English fluency is helpful but not strictly required).

• Must be based in Latin America (preferred countries: Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, Chile).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using Slack for team communication.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., SevenRooms or similar).

• Background in international relations, trade, or project management is a plus.

Personality:

• Able to adapt to a direct and mission-focused communication style.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Capable of working in a fast-changing startup environment.

• Comfortable balancing structure with versatility to take on diverse tasks.

• Reliable and responsive — able to prioritize urgent needs when required.

• Trello (preferred)

• CRM platform (SevenRooms – limited use)

English Level:

C2, Native

Schedule:

9-5 EST

Salary and Benefits:

• Project-based full-time schedule initially (1–2 months), with potential for ongoing work.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.
