Our Client is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide organizational and communication support. The role involves scheduling, email management, and calls, with a flexible, broken schedule. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong language skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
• Handle email communication and organization
• Make and receive business-related calls
• Provide general executive support as needed
• Adapt to a flexible, broken schedule
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Basic experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• C2 or native-level proficiency in Spanish
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility
• Previous experience supporting executives remotely
Personality:
• Highly detail-oriented
• Professional and reliable
• Adaptable to flexible working hours
Software & Tools:
• Email and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
• Communication platforms for calls and coordination.
