Job Description
The opportunity
With a growing customer base in Germany and funded by operating cash flow and fresh capital, we are poised for the next phase of our growth in the DACH region and the EU. To do this, we are looking for support in the go-to-market – close to the founding team and close to reality.
As a Founder Associate (Go-to-Market), you will work directly on the question of how we can attract new customers and improve existing approaches. You will not take on a classic sales role, but will test, analyze and question go-to-market activities along the entire process – from lead generation and appointment setting to the evaluation of the quality and efficiency of the first sales steps.
You will help us understand which measures really work, where resources are used wisely and where processes should be adapted. In doing so, you will gain practical insights into growth, sales and decision-making in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Understanding & Testing Go-to-Market: You will work directly on our go-to-market activities and help to understand how we acquire new customers. You will move flexibly between different topics such as lead generation, outreach, appointment setting and first sales steps.
- Validate hypotheses: You will support the planning and execution of small tests and experiments (e.g. new channels, new approach, new processes). The goal is not “more activity”, but better insights into what works and what doesn’t.
- Compare numbers with reality: You analyze simple but central key figures: cost per lead, appointment rate, call quality, conversion. You will help to realistically evaluate the costs and benefits and to question assumptions.
- Monitor & improve processes: You will look at existing processes (e.g. appointment setting, handovers, follow-ups) and make suggestions on how they can be made more efficient or meaningful.
- Close cooperation with GTM team: You will work closely with the GTM team and be in contact with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Your observations and analyses flow directly into decisions.
- Learning how growth really happens: You’ll get an honest look at early stages of a company’s growth and understand how go-to-market decisions are made, adjusted, or discarded.
Qualification
What sets you apart
- Studies: Enrolled student in business administration, entrepreneurship, business informatics or related subjects
- Experience: Internships or working student positions in the go-to-market, sales or marketing area
- Knowledge: You have an affinity for artificial intelligence – especially autonomous AI systems – and an understanding of product management or related disciplines (e.g. R&D, innovation management).
- Mindset: You bring a real startup mindset – hands-on mentality, personal responsibility and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-growing and constantly evolving environment.
Benefits
What you’ll love about working with us
- Impact: You will directly support the validation of our go-to-market strategy and see how your work has a measurable impact on customers, processes and your own learning.
- Location & Working Model: Remote work is possible. At the same time, we are pleased to have a presence at our locations in Stuttgart (Mitte and Degerloch). Temporary work from other EU countries is possible by arrangement. A residence in Germany is a prerequisite. We create a flexible, safe and productive working environment in line with our shared values.
- Organization of working hours: We coordinate as a team in the best possible way, while at the same time promoting asynchronous work and independent action. Your personal preferences are incorporated into the organization of your working hours.
- Workations & Team Events: From multi-day workations to one-day events, we create opportunities for exchange, collaboration and shared fun.
- Learning & Growth Opportunities: You start in an operational role, gain practical experience in the go-to-market and can develop yourself in the long term via tactical or strategic paths.
- Extras: We offer additional services such as meal vouchers, mobility support and the opportunity to participate in events or initiatives that support you in your role.
- Attractive remuneration: Working student contract with hourly wage in line with the market.
- Modern Setup: You will get state-of-the-art hardware (laptop, mobile phone, tablet, monitors, etc.), access to our software stack and the opportunity to use your own tools.
- Inclusive culture: All backgrounds, identities and perspectives are welcome.
