Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to enhance its own platform. The role involves integrating demographic and geospatial datasets, improving application performance, and applying strong SEO techniques to increase organic traffic. The ideal candidate will work across the entire stack, including frontend, backend, database, API integrations, and technical SEO.

Responsibilities:

• Continue development of web application.

• Build new features for listing management, mapping, analytics dashboards, and search.

• Improve UI/UX performance, load times, and responsiveness.

• Integrate demographic data (e.g., Census, ESRI, location APIs).

• Pull in restaurant datasets from sources like Google Places or other APIs.

• Build and maintain geospatial endpoints.

• Maintain and expand APIs.

• Ensure data quality, structure, and query performance.

• Implement best-practice technical SEO inside the codebase.

• Improve sitemap structure, schema markup, and page indexing.

• Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and crawlability.

• Ensure new pages and listing pages are SEO-friendly and index correctly.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong backend experience.

• Solid database skills.

• Experience with API integrations.

• Experience with geospatial data.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate, mapping, proptech, or marketplace platforms.

• Experience integrating demographic or market datasets.

• Experience with analytics dashboards.

• Experience working in a startup environment.

Personality:

• Ability to own a project end-to-end.

• Strong communication skills.

• Comfortable working autonomously with light oversight.

• Problem-solver who can offer recommendations, not just execute tasks.

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with frontend and backend development technologies.

• Proficiency in API management tools.

• Experience with database management systems.

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

Schedule:

Flexible – PST – 20 to 30 hours a week
