We’re looking for a driven and multilingual Sales Development Representative on a freelance basis to work on a project with a globally recognized industry leader. This role goes beyond booking meetings – it’s about building strong connections, opening new opportunities for our clientsю

High proficiency in both German and English is essential, as you’ll be working on a project that requires direct communication with German-speaking prospects while collaborating closely with international teammates and clients (Account Managers, Researchers).

This is a fully remote freelance position, and we are open to considering candidates from various locations, preferably within the European time zone.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive cold calling at scale – Take the lead in high-volume cold calling campaigns, especially within Germany and the UK, to connect with decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Own outbound outreach – Build and execute multi-touch outreach strategies (calls, LinkedIn, email) with a strong focus on cold calling as the primary channel.
  • Handle objections with confidence – Guide prospects through first conversations, build trust, and keep them engaged with thoughtful follow-ups.
  • Track, measure, and improve – Monitor KPIs weekly and monthly, analyse outreach results, and fine-tune strategies to boost performance.
  • Leverage smart tools – Use Nooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply, Zoho, Expandi, and other platforms to scale outreach and keep pipelines healthy.
  • Collaborate globally – Join calls with international clients from Europe, while bringing DACH market insights to the team.
  • Stay ahead of the game – Keep up with new outreach tactics, refine cold calling techniques, and continuously sharpen your sales skills.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Speak German and English fluently (Upper-Intermediate or higher): You’re confident communicating professionally with native speakers in both languages – over the phone, in writing, and during meetings.
  • Have proven cold-calling experience in the DACH region: You’re comfortable initiating sales conversations, navigating cultural nuances, and building relationships with German-speaking prospects.
  • Bring 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR: You’ve worked in outbound sales, consistently hit measurable targets, and understand how to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Work confidently with KPIs and targets: You’re result-oriented, driven by clear metrics, and motivated to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Communicate clearly and naturally: You build rapport quickly and adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Work across time zones: You’re flexible and able to collaborate with both European and US-based clients.
  • Enjoy solving problems: You take ownership, think creatively, and bring solutions to the table.
  • Are tech-savvy: You know your way around CRM systems, sales tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Love to learn: You welcome feedback, want to grow, and are energized by new challenges.
