This is a remote position.

Part-Time, with a possibility of going full time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Flexible during client business hours (New Zealand Time)

Responsibilities

-Develop mock-ups and design prototypes for website landing pages using Figma.

-Create custom graphics and illustrations for social media templates.

-Develop the company’s brand identity, including logo redesigns, color schemes, and brand guidelines.

-Create compelling custom-designed presentations and sales materials.

-Willingness to understand the target audience, marketing strategy, and tailor designs accordingly.

-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.

-Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in graphic design.

-Design and produce advertising digital and print collateral.

-Ensure consistency in designs across all marketing channels.

-Some Social Media Marketing and admin tasks

-Minor data entry work

Requirements

-Some knowledge in using Canva

-High quality hard-copy design (posters, menus, flyers)

-High quality digital design (screen sliders, social media imagery, website design and maintenance

-A knowledge and passion for hospitality (late night drinking, entertainment, parties), music, entertainment industry etc would be extremely advantageous.

-Provide a portfolio or sample of previous graphic design work.

-Proficiency using Figma for online design mock-ups.

-Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, LightRoom).

-At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.

-Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience

-Experience in digital photography and website design.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

-Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
