Job Description

  • Content Creation: Design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations that align with the brand’s identity and campaign goals. This includes creating graphics for various platforms such as social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
  • UGC Integration: Incorporate user-generated content into motion graphics in a way that maintains the authenticity of the original content while enhancing its appeal through animation and design elements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure that the motion graphics align with the brand’s message and user-generated content themes.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphic designs are consistent with the brand’s style, voice, and goals. This includes following brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and overall tone.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, social media, and UGC to ensure the content remains relevant and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. Experience in Animation and Film Production are a plus.
  • Creative Ability: Strong creative and artistic skills to translate concepts and ideas into engaging and dynamic visual content. A deep cinematic and visual understanding, as well as excellent skills in film editing and animations. Passionate about motion design, visual trends and storytelling.
  • Understanding of Social Media: Knowledge of different social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the content team and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure the quality of all visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Understanding of Marketing: Basic understanding of marketing principles and how motion graphics fit into overall marketing and branding strategies.
  • Mindset: A holistic understanding of brands & products, preferably from the consumer goods sector. Keen interest in design, typography, merchandise, motion and technology. Creativity, flexibility, and growth mentality. Creative and conscientious work ethics.
