SafetyWing is seeking a Head of Platforms to lead and grow relationships with our platform accounts, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to their users. This role combines strategic account management, growth-driven initiatives, and customer advocacy to create a seamless, scalable platform experience. As a key leader, you’ll balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with platform partners to optimize their success while driving our company’s growth.
We are on a mission to remove the role of geographical borders as a barrier to equal opportunities and freedom for everyone. And we are doing that by creating simple health, insurance, and retirement products for remote workers worldwide as a replacement for national welfare systems.
We are looking for someone who
Has multiple years of experience in a B2B customer/partner success role, ideally working with platforms or benefits-related products
Has experience creating and executing scalable strategies and driving growth initiativesIs comfortable with API-led products and capable of communicating their value to clients
Thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and solves complex problems independently
Excels at cross-functional collaboration and has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Has strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to drive strategic decisions
Can anticipate customer needs and act as a trusted advisor to high-impact platform partners.
