The Influencer Marketing Specialist will focus on sourcing influencers for gifting and paid collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality database of creators that align with brand goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives. The position is highly collaborative, supporting the delivery team by providing a steady pipeline of relevant influencers for ongoing and upcoming campaigns. A strong understanding of social media trends, influencer dynamics, and exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential influencers aligned with the brand’s values, target audience, and goals across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, influencer insights to the delivery team.
- Data Proficiency: Develop a strong understanding of key influencer metrics and learn to interpret critical data points for better selection and evaluation.
- Professional Growth: Adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while actively developing skills and contributing to the team’s success.
Ideal candidate profile
- Experience: Familiar with influencer marketing or social media, or currently studying in the marketing field.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of social media platforms and current influencer trends.
- Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creativity: An eye for creative opportunities and an interest in matching influencers with brand goals.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and online tools for research and reporting.
- Passion: Genuine interest in social media, influencer culture, and digital marketing.
- Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
Compensation:
The compensation range is $550-$650 USD a month.
This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
