As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Junior People Support Administrator to support our employees and enhance our operational efficiency.
You must be based in Africa.
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior People Support Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have some experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles, preferably in a remote and/or tech environment. They must be proficient in Google Workspace tools and be available to start immediately.
What you must have
A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
1-2 years of experience in HR administration, people support, or a related field.
Prior experience working remotely, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees across different regions and cultures.
Ability to work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with HR software and systems (HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
The ability to take initiative and work under pressure.
