Job Description

  • General Administrative Support: Provide additional support to the CEO by handling various administrative tasks, such as organizing schedules, managing communication, and other duties as needed.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This includes scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and ensuring consistent branding and voice across accounts.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop content based on provided guidelines and samples. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and scheduling posts, ensuring that they align with our company’s voice and goals.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct research to gather insights and inspiration from leading industry profiles and competitors. Your research will help guide our strategies and keep our content relevant and engaging.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in organizing and categorizing project materials, such as design feedback and UX improvements. You will help translate these materials into clear and actionable content.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide additional support to the CEO by handling various administrative tasks, such as organizing schedules, managing communication, and other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Twitter.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Basic understanding of content creation and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is desirable but not required.
