This is a remote position.
Job Type: Part-Time (4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 6am to 12pm Pacific Time
Responsibilities:
- Campaigns (1 hour per day)
- Set up and run automated campaigns in Zoho, Sales Navigator, and Dripify, targeting the ICP.
- Conduct sales email outreach in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns, leveraging a strong understanding of the company’s AI products.
- Lead Lists (2 hrs/day)
- Utilize Seamless AI or Apollo.io to extract leads and contact information aligned with the ICP.
- Verify leads using the “1,000,000 verifier” system.
- Create lead lists from conferences and LinkedIn using web scrapers and other tools.
- Generate and manage sales leads through various methods, including conference data extraction and web scraping.
- Input verified leads into Zoho Campaigns or Zoho CRM
- CRM Maintenance & Reporting (2 hours per week)
- Perform cleaning and editing of duplicated fields in Zoho CRM.
- Generate sales reports to show booking and meeting progress, including metrics like the number of qualified appointments booked and lead response rate.
- Participate in weekly team meetings (3 hours) to ensure alignment with company marketing goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role, showcasing a strong understanding of job responsibilities and industry-specific practices.
- Experience with platforms similar to Apollo, Seamless, Sales Navigator, and CRM (Zoho preferred, Hubspot)
- Experience with marketing campaign tools and CRM systems, AI powered outreach
- Experience with using AI tools to generate leads
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proactive. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to self-learn and take initiative in fast paced technology startup environment
