Job Description:

If you’re someone who thrives on organization, enjoys supporting legal teams, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in managing medical records, supporting litigation efforts, and ensuring clients feel informed and cared for. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will directly impact case progress and client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a reliable, proactive team player in a fast-paced legal environment.

Monthly Compensation: 1,150 USD to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct support to case managers
  • Track and ensure legal deadlines are scheduled and met
  • Draft clear and timely correspondence
  • Send and assist with standard reduction requests
  • Summarize medical records for internal use
  • Support litigation team with incoming pleadings
  • Maintain consistent and professional client communication
  • Process incoming medical records requests
  • Request and follow up on medical records from providers

Requirements:

  • Experience in a legal roles 
  • Familiarity with medical records and legal documentation
  • Strong command of written English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
