About the Team
Dialpad’s Account Executive, Enterprise team addresses client challenges by redefining possibilities through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and Sell. This role involves acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to increase Dialpad’s market presence. The Enterprise sales team is crucial for achieving corporate business objectives, working closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership, and peers to enhance the sales process’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Role
As an Account Executive, Enterprise, you will manage the entire sales process from start to finish. This involves collaborating with Marketing, Partner Managers, Sales Leadership, Sales Engineers, Account Management, Legal, and Finance to convert large business prospects into active Dialpad clients. Your goal will be to help businesses resolve complex communication issues globally. This remote position reports to an Area Vice President.
What You’ll Do
Build strategic outbound campaigns: Source your own opportunities through calling, emailing, and texting leads to set up introductory meetings.
Prospect into target accounts: Identify stakeholders and champions within these accounts.
Convert leads to opportunities: Create the necessary pipeline to achieve your quarterly/annual sales quota.
End-to-end sales process: Lead discovery sessions, prepare for and deliver product demonstrations with Sales Engineering, validate product viability, and manage technical sessions.
Account plans: Create and maintain plans to identify opportunities across strategic global customers.
Contracting process: Oversee from beginning to full execution, interfacing with finance, legal, and procurement personnel.
Weekly 1:1 meetings: Engage in coaching, deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions with your manager.
Maintain a 3x pipeline: Ensure a qualified pipeline and meet sales quotas.
Skills You’ll Bring
Experience: 5+ years in sales, especially in telecommunications/contact center/unified communications industries.
Strategic deal cycles: Proven ability to manage and close complex deal cycles involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
Preferred expertise: SaaS Sales, including UCaaS and/or CCaaS.
