Our Client is a small handyman business focused on providing home repair services and smaller project management tasks for residential clients. They prioritize customer satisfaction and look to enhance their service delivery through efficient office support.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to help improve our social media presence and provide basic administrative support. The ideal candidate will assist with customer phone interactions and schedule client appointments while engaging with our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with incoming customer calls and inquiries

• Schedule client appointments and manage calendars

• Create and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Engage with clients via social media to enhance brand visibility

• Learn service offerings to effectively communicate with clients

• Support the office manager with various administrative tasks as needed

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service preferred

• Familiarity with social media platforms

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus

• Basic graphic design skills for social media content creation

• Excellent organizational skills

Personality:

• Eager to learn and grow within the role

• Detail-oriented and proactive in handling tasks

• Friendly and approachable demeanor in client interactions

Software & Tools:

• Service Titan (for scheduling and invoicing)

• Social media management tools (for content creation and scheduling)

English Level:

C2, Native

Schedule:

9 – 5 PST (20 hours to be defined within this timeframe)
