Collaboration Overview
Duelbits is looking to collaborate with a Marketing Executive, an early-career digital marketer seeking broad exposure across a high-growth, performance-driven marketing ecosystem. In this collaboration, you’ll support planning, execution, and optimisation across multiple marketing disciplines, working closely with senior contributors in Product Marketing, Social & Community, Acquisition, CRM, and Partnerships.
This is a hands-on engagement with real responsibility, designed to help build strong fundamentals in digital marketing within the iGaming and crypto space, while contributing directly to campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and brand impact.
Scope of Services
Campaign & Channel Support
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across casino, sportsbook, and prediction products.
- Assist with setup, optimisation, and monitoring across multiple digital channels.
- Help manage content, offers, and promotions across owned, paid, and partner media.
- Coordinate campaign assets, briefs, and timelines with internal teams.
Product, Social & Community Support
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with social media scheduling, publishing, and basic performance tracking.
- Monitor community feedback and trends across social platforms, Discord, Telegram, and other channels.
- Help ensure messaging remains consistent, on-brand, and aligned across touchpoints.
Acquisition & Partnerships Support
- Assist in coordinating with affiliates, creators, streamers, and marketing partners.
- Support onboarding of new partners, including links, creatives, and tracking setup.
- Help monitor partner activity and flag optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, partners, and deliverables.
Performance & Analysis
- Track and support reporting on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, FTDs, and conversions.
- Build and maintain basic performance reports and dashboards.
- Support analysis of campaign performance, what’s working, what’s not, and why.
- Assist senior contributors with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
Collaboration & Process Support
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Social, Acquisition, CRM, BI, and Creative contacts.
- Help keep campaigns organised, documented, and on schedule.
- Follow established workflows while contributing ideas for improvement.
- Support testing, experimentation, and learning across channels.
Required Capabilities
The following capabilities are imperative for this collaboration:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in online marketing, performance channels, and digital platforms.
- Comfort working with data, numbers, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with common digital marketing tools (e.g. analytics platforms, ad tools, social tools, spreadsheets).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Interest or exposure to iGaming, sports betting, crypto, or Web3.
- Familiarity with social media, paid media, affiliates, or influencer marketing.
- Basic understanding of acquisition metrics such as CPA, FTDs, CTRs, and conversion rates.
- Experience collaborating in remote or international teams.
