We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will support advertising initiatives, campaign testing, and performance reporting, focusing first on local campaigns before expanding to national reach.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Manage paid advertising performance and track ROI.
• Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and campaign elements.
• Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Coordinate with SEO and content teams to align strategies.
• Research new market opportunities and audience segments.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience in digital marketing campaign management (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
• Ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Knowledge of local and national audience targeting.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion tracking.

Software & Tools:

Schedule:
15 hours per week.
