As an Office Manager based in our Singapore location, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the workspace while cultivating a welcoming and efficient environment. You’ll partner closely with global and regional teams to support office logistics, events, and employee experience initiatives across the APAC region.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for in-office visitors and manage office tours (Monday to Friday)
  • Support internal events hosted by Circle and ensure seamless execution
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and physical document handling
  • Oversee organization of meeting rooms, storage spaces, and shared office areas
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, IT equipment, and company-branded merchandise
  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate payments with the Finance team
  • Partner with HR on interview scheduling and recruitment logistics
  • Coordinate Singapore-based Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and programming
  • Collaborate with U.S. teams on real estate operations and provide updates to leadership
  • Take on other administrative tasks to support a high-functioning office environment

What You’ll Bring to Circle:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or workplace operations
  • Highly proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a consistent follow-through mindset
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS
  • Experience supporting HR coordination or recruiting logistics in a fast-paced environment

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

  • This is a temporary role for maternity leave coverage, expected to last 5–6 months.
  • Commencement: July/August 2025
