Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented STR Operations Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have experience in hospitality or property management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth communication throughout the stay.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Schedule and follow up with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure all properties meet our standards.
- Conduct virtual property checks using cleaner feedback, videos, and photos.
- Track supply inventory and coordinate restocking.
- Support operations documentation and keep SOPs up to date.
- Monitor guest reviews and flag issues for follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and dependable with great attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Comfortable with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Hostaway, or similar tools.
- Tech-savvy and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Personality:
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible availability to work US-based hours, including some evenings or weekends.
Software & Tools:
Familiarity with hospitality management software and platforms.
English Level:
C2
