Responsibilities

  • Project creation & maintenance:

You make sure that our projects are squeaky clean in the system, manage project data and make deadlines your best friend.
➡ Creation of new projects in the internal system
➡ Management of project data, schedules and deadlines
➡ Support in the preparation and coordination of project starts

  • Task prioritization:

Whether large or small tasks – you skillfully distribute them according to urgency and ensure that our internal and external partners always remain in the right flow.
➡ Assign and prioritize tasks within projects based on customer requirements and deadlines
➡ Align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow

  • Dispatch of documents:

No document will be lost with you! You will ensure that offers and project documents reach our customers’ inboxes on time.
➡ Responsible for sending quotation and project documents to customers and internal stakeholders
➡ on time Organization and management of the documentation flow to ensure traceability

  • Invoicing: You create invoices in no time and track open items like a sniffer dog. This means that no invoice is ignored by us.

➡ Create and send invoices based on completed projects or milestones,
➡ manage open items, and track unpaid invoices

  • Communication:

Whether it’s customer inquiries or coordination with team leaders – you hold the communication threads in your hand and never lose the thread.
➡ Contact person for customer inquiries about ongoing projects and invoices
➡ Close cooperation with the team leaders and Customer Operations Management to ensure that all relevant information is forwarded to customers in a timely manner

  • Administrative support:

➡ Pflege von Kundendaten und Projektakten in internen Systemen

Qualifikation

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Experience in organizing projects or in commercial administration
  • MS Office and you? A dream team!
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Communication is your strength – both in writing and verbally
  • You are resilient and service-oriented
  • You have agency and/or packaging experience
