Job Requirements
🔹 Experience:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
✔ Previous experience in real estate recruiting, agent onboarding, or brokerage support is a plus.
🔹 Professionalism & Communication:
✔ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills—must be able to engage and persuade potential hires.
✔ Ability to screen and qualify candidates effectively for agent and team positions.
✔ Strong understanding of the hiring process, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
🔹 Organization & Tech Skills:
✔ Highly organized & detail-oriented—able to manage multiple candidates and hiring pipelines at once.
✔ Proficiency in recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.. etc.).
✔ Ability to track applicant status & hiring data in a CRM system.
🔹 Performance & Work Ethic:
✔ Results-driven & persistent—must be able to follow up consistently with potential hires.
✔ Strong ability to match candidates with the right roles based on skills & culture fit.
✔ Takes initiative & ownership—works independently while maintaining high productivity.
