Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Pay: $5–6/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Remote Recruiter to help grow our real estate brokerage by bringing on licensed real estate agents. Your main job: connect with agents and set up appointments with our broker.
If you have great communication skills, enjoy talking to people, and have experience in sales, recruiting, or cold calling—this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do
- Cold call, text, and email licensed real estate agents (scripts provided).
- Book 15–20 minute introductory calls for our broker.
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointments using our tools.
- Maintain consistent communication to maximize results.
Your ONLY job is to connect agents and set the appointment.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken & written English.
- Confident making outbound calls, sending emails & texts.
Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-ups. - Recruiting, sales, or cold calling experience preferred (training provided).
- Reliable internet connection & ability to work remotely.
