Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Convert leads efficiently through strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Develop and manage high-converting landing pages for campaigns.
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Utilize and manage CRM systems effectively to track, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with company goals and increase lead sources.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for improving conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales funnels and client acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, ideally in consulting, digital marketing, or education sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales conversion strategies and measurable success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong proficiency in landing page creation and optimization tools (e.g., WordPress, Leadpages, or similar).
  • Advanced skills in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
  • Hands-on experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead management and automation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and implementing creative conversion methods.
  • Experience identifying and driving partnerships to expand the company’s reach and influence.
