Job Description:
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to manage inbound leads generated from advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating technician schedules and ensuring effective follow-up and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming leads from Facebook ads promptly
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
• Maintain lead tracking and updates in Excel
• Provide follow-up communication to leads
• Deliver exceptional customer service
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in appointment setting or similar roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle incoming calls efficiently
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in customer service or follow-up roles
• Familiarity with lead management tools
• Knowledge of Facebook advertising and leads generation
Personality:
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proactive and responsive
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Software & Tools:
• Microsoft Excel
• CRM tools (if applicable)
English Level:
C1, C2, Native
Schedule:
10-6 EST (Monday – Saturday) but willing to go to Monday – Friday if flexibility is needed
