What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a bubbly Sales Representative with a passion for connecting with people. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling and inbound calls, and preferably hold a HIPAA certificate. Experience in appointment setting within a dental company is highly valuable.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries

• Schedule appointments effectively

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in a dental or healthcare setting

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with appointment setting

Preferred Skills:

• HIPAA certification is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM software

Personality:

• Outgoing and friendly personality

• Ability to build rapport quickly

• Strong problem-solving skills

Software & Tools:

• Experience with phone systems and CRM software

English Level:

C2, Native

Schedule:

9-5 EST
