Our Client is a fast-growing home improvement company focused on providing services to homeowners aged 55 and older.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage appointment confirmations and optimize lead conversion. This role is critical for turning raw leads into confirmed appointments through proactive communication, relationship-building, and meticulous organization.
Responsibilities:
• Appointment Confirmation & Sales Support:
• Call pre-scheduled leads to confirm appointments, ensuring all decision-makers are present.
• Use a scripted process to address customer needs, overcome objections, and reschedule/cancel appointments as needed.
• Move opportunities to sooner timeframes to maximize efficiency.
• CRM Management:
• Update CRM systems with detailed notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Track lead progress and maintain accurate records.
• Lead Conversion:
• Make 3+ call attempts per lead across optimal times (mornings, lunch hours, evenings).
• Set new appointments directly when opportunities arise.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and refine scripts/processes.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years in similar roles (similar industries preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
• Tech-savvy with CRM platforms (training provided for company-specific tools).
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
• Charismatic, confident, and empathetic personality with a “thick skin” and sense of humor.
• Fluent English (accent-neutral clarity required for customer understanding); Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
