Our Client is an agency focused on generating leads and providing valuable services across various industries.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Appointment Setter (SDR) to generate and qualify leads for our agency. Your primary responsibility will be conducting outbound outreach, engaging prospects, and booking qualified discovery calls directly onto the sales calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads within target industries (real estate, home services, cannabis, automotive, professional services).

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls using provided scripts and sequences.

• Engage prospects with curiosity-driven conversations that highlight the value of our services.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).

• Schedule qualified triage calls directly into the sales team’s calendar.

• Track all activities and outcomes in the CRM (GoHighLevel).

• Meet weekly activity goals (# of touches, calls made, emails sent, connections achieved).

• Report daily/weekly progress and share feedback on prospect objections and trends.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, and handling light objections.

• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).

• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.

• Previous appointment setting or SDR experience preferred, but not required if highly coachable.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with sales funnels and lead qualification processes.

• Ability to engage in conversation and build rapport quickly.

• Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting progress.

Personality:

• Proactive and detail-oriented.

• Driven by results and comfortable with meeting targets.

• Open to coaching and continuous learning.

Software & Tools:

• CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot)

English Level:

C2, Native

Schedule:

9-5 EST
