To further expand our market presence, we are looking for a sales-strong personality who understands new customer acquisition as a clearly structured process: From targeted research to initial telephone contact and appointment making to personal consultations on site, you will systematically develop your region.
You recognize purchase motives, convince people with real added value, bring about decisions and tap into new potential – as a professional market designer with aspiration and passion.
Responsibilities
Acquisition & acquisition of new customers
- You independently identify suitable target customers from the specialist trade or together with our trading partner in the construction industry and make the initial contact by phone.
- In a personal interview, you will carry out a needs analysis, present suitable solutions and convince new customers with your clear argumentation.
- You will prepare individual offers and lead the negotiations to a successful conclusion.
Support for our portfolio customers
- You will actively maintain existing customer relationships, expand them strategically and strengthen the partnership with appropriate measures
- You will identify additional potential, promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities and ensure a high level of satisfaction for our retail partners.
Application and product presentations on the construction site
- You will demonstrate our solutions directly in practical use – e.g. on construction sites, in workshops or at specialist retailers.
- You will explain how it works, show specific use cases and support users in the safe and efficient use of our solutions.
- You will conduct on-site and digital briefings and training, answer technical questions and be the first point of contact for our partners.
Professional work in everyday sales
- You structure your sales week independently, keep an eye on your KPIs and derive the right measures from your results.
- You will record all important customer information, visit reports, offer statuses and opportunities in a structured manner in our CRM system. By continuously maintaining the customer database, you create transparency for the entire sales team.

Qualification
Your profile:
- Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or technical field service
- Enjoyment of practical work and technical understanding – ideally first points of contact with construction technology, crafts or surveying
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to be on the road in the field every day
- Empathy, strong closing skills and the ability to inspire trading partners and users for products and solutions
- Initiative, ambition and discipline – you work independently, are resilient and don’t let a “no” throw you off track
- Strong communication skills as well as business-fluent written and spoken German
- Success orientation and motivation to exceed goals and celebrate successes
