Your tasks
- Account management with Drive: You will be responsible for managing several customer accounts (>10), analysing their performance and developing growth strategies.
- Performance with perspective: You bring creative ideas on how budgets can be used more efficiently and campaigns can be scaled.
- Project management: You coordinate tasks between creative, tracking and media buying teams and hold threads together.
- Customer meetings: You will conduct regular update calls, prepare reports and be the contact person for strategic queries.
- Frameworks & Roadmaps: You will develop growth roadmaps, update frameworks and accompany the onboarding of new customers.
- Controlling & Analysis: You use your customers’ common attribution and controlling tools, analyze KPIs and optimize not only for clicks, but for real business impact.
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing – with a focus on Google Ads.
- Personal responsibility: You have independently managed an e-commerce customer for at least 1 year and know how to generate and scale growth.
- Customer communication: You regularly conduct customer calls confidently and present reports, among other things – including understandable classification and analysis.
- Strategic understanding: You think beyond pure campaign performance and also include net profit and business goals in your strategy.
- Coordination talent: You will work closely with internal teams (tracking, creative) and ensure smooth processes.
- Proactivity & Structure: You tackle tasks independently, prioritize sensibly and stay focused even on several projects.
- German at C1 level – for clear communication with customers and in the team.
- Confident use of tools such as Google Merchant Center as well as other popular multichannel e-commerce tools for optimizing shopping feeds.
