Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Trémont’s social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest – with a focus on growth, engagement, education, and conversions (sales). The ideal candidate should understand both the creative and strategic aspects of social media marketing, be comfortable managing influencer collaborations, and be capable of driving measurable brand growth through engaging storytelling, content, and community management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a consistent posting strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest to grow our audience and engagement.
- Create and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and captions that align with the brand tone and visual identity.
- Monitor page performance using analytics tools and provide monthly growth reports and insights.
- Engage with followers daily – responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to foster community.
- Identify, contact, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and publishers for collaborations.
- Assist in the setup and management of our affiliate marketing program – recruiting creators and tracking results using a platform such as BixGrow (or similar).
- Support campaign planning for product launches, photo shoots, and new content initiatives.
- Join studio sessions and brand photo/video shoots to observe behind-the-scenes or social content.
- Stay current with social media trends, emerging tools, and best practices in the watch and fashion industry.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.
- Proven track record of growing Instagram/TikTok accounts and improving engagement rates.
- Excellent content planning, caption writing, and basic graphic/video editing skills.
- Experience managing influencer or affiliate partnerships.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Metricool, or Planoly.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Creative mindset and an eye for clean, stylish brand aesthetics.
- Must be based in Nigeria, comfortable working remotely, and available for weekly virtual or in-person meetings in Lagos.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketing (Shopify, Klaviyo, affiliate systems, etc.)
- Photography or videography experience (especially lifestyle/product content).
- Interest in watches, fashion, or luxury branding.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000
