Our Client is a digital marketing agency specializing in scaling ecommerce brands through high-performance retention and acquisition strategies. They work closely with direct-to-consumer businesses to maximize customer lifetime value using a mix of paid ads, email marketing, and organic growth.
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a full-time Organic Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong brand storytelling and community engagement. This is a remote role requiring availability from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (U.S. time zone).
Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and publish engaging organic content across multiple platforms: IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Manage and grow organic social communities by interacting with followers and responding to messages and comments.
• Collaborate with design and video editing teams to develop visual assets.
• Analyze platform performance using tools like Semrush and Facebook Business Manager and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Use ClickUp to manage tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Coordinate with the email marketing team using Klaviyo to ensure content alignment across channels.
• Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Provide monthly reports on key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing organic social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Solid portfolio of content, campaigns, and account growth.
• Proficiency with Semrush, Facebook Business Manager, ClickUp, and Klaviyo.
• Deep understanding of each platform’s unique voice and format.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Basic knowledge of social video editing or coordination with editors.
• Familiarity with trends and tools in influencer marketing and user-generated content.
• Understanding of content strategy and audience segmentation.

Salary and Benefits:
• Remote position with working hours aligned to 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
