Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with marketing objectives.

• Create and curate engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and comments.

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.

• Knowledge of SEO practices and digital marketing strategies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
