Job Description:
Our Client is looking for a highly intelligent, strategically minded Social Media Manager who can act as a co-pilot to the founder. This role goes far beyond posting content—it requires someone who understands overall strategy, can manage and coordinate tasks across multiple platforms and team members, and can help execute a long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips using AI or available tools.
• Oversee and coordinate tasks with virtual assistants and other team members.
• Utilize GoHighLevel for social media integration, automation, and CRM tasks.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to plan strategies and align priorities.
• Create, organize, and maintain workflows, checklists, and follow-ups for ongoing initiatives.
• Track priorities, follow up on tasks, and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Join regular strategy sessions and help turn ideas into actionable plans.
• Assist with content creation, including using AI avatars when needed.
• Support in managing engagement groups and social communities.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience in social media management.
• Familiarity with automation tools and content-repurposing platforms.
• Strong English communication skills (an accent is completely fine).
• Ability to understand and execute strategic plans.
• Comfortable learning and using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple team members and follow up on deliverables.
• High level of common sense and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with GoHighLevel.
• Background in content repurposing tools (e.g., clip creators, AI tools).
• General understanding of digital marketing or media strategies.
• Technical curiosity—interest in AI, automations, or web applications.
Personality:
• Highly conscientious and detail-focused.
• Organized, structured, and able to bring clarity to fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Able to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to new tools or strategies.
