Your tasks

• You will find suitable image and video material, complement it with motion design elements and suitable sounds
• You create high-performance direct response video ads
• Together with the art director, you will optimize creative concepts and develop them further
• You use the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) for your designs
• You will implement our customers’ branding in videos and designs
• From time to time, you also create content for our own agency marketing

Your profile

Important! We are looking for video editors with experience in performance marketing.

• You already have several years of experience in the field of video editing for performance marketing ads (YouTube, Meta, Google)
• You have a sound understanding of performance goals (e.g. CTR, conversion rate, retention) and use editing, visuals and storytelling in a targeted manner to achieve them
• Very good knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects and ideally Figma
• You proactively contribute your own creative ideas
• You take responsibility for your projects, reliably meet deadlines and keep a cool head even in stressful phases
• Efficiency and consistently high quality characterize your work
• Very good knowledge of German and English (German at least C1), both written and spoken
• You are a real team player and enjoy achieving the best possible performance together
