Web3 Community Manager (Remote) : Phoenix

Job Description

Phoenix Marketing, a fast-growing, global web3 marketing agency, is seeking a passionate and experienced Web3 Community Manager to join our dynamic team.

Community managers with a background in moderation and administration of language-specific channels on Telegram and Discord are needed in a variety of different languages to establish, sustain and grow client channels on Discord.

Maintain, moderate and grow language-specific channels (Discord) with educational and customized engagement material provided.

Translate periodic announcements, attend a weekly check-in, bi-weekly one-on-ones, and a monthly all-team meeting.

Under leadership and example, develop and propose Discord ‘bounties’ to incentivize your channel members and attract new members with quizzes, meme contests, AMAs, and weekly competitions etc. sustaining established activity threshold requirements.

In addition, provide Galxe (or questing platform) information and links to your members and help and support in the creation of competitions where appropriate to increase your message rate per channel and daily active members per channel and become eligible for bonuses.
