Manage incoming phone calls while handling administrative tasks.

Communicate effectively with clients to take VIN numbers and build rapport.

Participate in thorough training to understand industry processes.

Demonstrate multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and computer skills.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Commitment to a long-term career.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in the insurance industry (not mandatory).
