Our Product team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Senior UX/UI Designer to join us!

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing product design team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings a strong sense of ownership to projects, and is eager to shape user experiences that balance craft, speed, and technical feasibility. We are looking for a designer who…

  • Owns projects from start to finish — from discovery and definition through design and delivery.
  • Identifies, researches, and drives strategic initiatives that make our clinician and patient solutions more usable, effective, and aligned with evolving market trends and business goals.
  • Conducts user research and usability studies to gather insights that translate into thoughtful UX flows and polished UI designs.
  • Collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and constraints.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment—balancing speed and quality while maintaining high standards of design excellence.
  • Understands technical requirements and engineering constraints to create feasible and scalable design solutions.
  • Explores and embraces ways AI can enhance design workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new creative possibilities.
  • Excels in small, fast-moving team environments where adaptability and collaboration are key.
  • Is highly proficient in Figma; experience with Pendo and SaaS platforms is a strong plus.
  • Simplifies complex problems into elegant, easy-to-use solutions that meet real user needs.
  • Is a self-starter—resourceful, autonomous, and confident tackling ambiguity or charting new territory.

We require…

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating deep knowledge of UX design principles, UX research methodologies, prototyping, and end-to-end ownership.
  • A sharp eye for UI craft, with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and interaction patterns (clearly evident in your portfolio).
  • High organization and meticulous attention to detail across all stages of your work.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
  • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality, craft, or usability.
  • A strategic mindset—you think at a high level about your product area and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to define the future of the products you design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design vision, rationale, and decisions to align stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit—you thrive with autonomy but actively seek feedback, share work early and often, and contribute to a culture of open critique.
  • Commitment to design quality, ensuring every feature detail is thoughtfully designed, reviewed, and implemented with care.
  • Solid technical understanding of engineering concepts, constraints, and how design decisions affect implementation.

Salary Range: $135,000 – $150,000

At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate’s skills, capabilities and experience.
