Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles
• Match candidates to client requirements and ensure timely submission of profiles
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs
• Collaborate with the Work Gratitude recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
