Independent Contractor – Marketing VA/ Senior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The company is seeking a Creative Content Manager (VA) who can go beyond basic social media support. This role requires a creative, tech-savvy, and KPI-driven professional who can manage content execution, light strategy, multi-platform repurposing, and branded deliverables while collaborating with our international, tech-enabled backend team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-growing digital ecosystem, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of creative output across multiple platforms.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Create and repurpose content across Substack, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Design clean, modern, and on-brand creative assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity using an established brand kit.
• Support content workflows inside ClickUp or similar project management systems.
• Track basic KPIs related to engagement, quality, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with a global team while working partially aligned with EST hours.
• Learn and navigate a cloud-based Sanity CMS (training provided).
• Communicate clearly with both internal teams and the backend content system.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and multi-platform repurposing.
• Strong design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar productivity and project management tools.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new cloud-based systems.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled digital environment.
• KPI-aware mindset with attention to quality, consistency, and deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: TBD EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
