Job Position: People Operations Specialist 

Location: Remote, Work from Anywhere

Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 Annually

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Specialist. This role will manage and coordinate various HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll processes across our EOR (Employer of Record) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to all EOR employee and client inquiries related to HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll functions.
  • Process Coordination: Manage processes such as payroll support, expense management, and employee contracts, while liaising with our Head of Legal Ops.
  • Compliance: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and conduct research into specific countries to support decision-making processes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our in-country partners.
  • Knowledge Management: Capture and maintain country-specific knowledge to lead internal compliance training sessions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain communications, client interactions, and data tracking through our Hubspot CRM.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across functions.
  • Customer Inquiry Management: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all customer inquiries, adhering to our response and problem-solving KPIs.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Experience in Startups or Scale-ups: Essential experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Customer Support: Proven experience in handling complex customer inquiries related to HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations.
  • CRM Management: Knowledge and experience managing CRM systems like Hubspot.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Results-driven with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive Thinking: Comfortable working in a remote environment with a proactive mindset.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and a European language such as Portuguese, German, or Dutch is highly desirable.
