Job Description

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Fluent in English — reading and writing
• Available full-time with a flexible schedule
• Extremely detail-oriented and data literate
• Experience in working with Excel or Google sheets
• Comfortable working with online data tools
• Strong research and analytical skills — you interpret information, not just copy it
• Super organized, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
• Independent, accountable, and reliable
• Basic understanding of the B2B sales & marketing landscape

Other things that might make you a good fit:

• Prior experience in any of the following: outsourcing, lead generation, list building, sales, or sales operations.
• You’re energized by getting something right, not just done
• You can hold a lot of rules in your head and apply them consistently
• You’re brave enough to ask when you’re unsure
• Routine doesn’t drain you — it focuses you
• Experience working with Gsuite, Asana, Trello, Slack & LinkedIn
