Data Analyst : Skelar

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to win in global markets.
SKELAR’s portfolio includes dozens of businesses in niches from EdTech to SaaS. Products receive awards on Product Hunt, and TechCrunch and Wired write about them.

Now we are expanding the payments direction and are looking for a Data Analyst who will help develop payment analytics, work with metrics, and support data-driven solutions for businesses.

Key tasks:
— Analysis of payment metrics and conversions, search for Approval Rate growth points;
— Preparation of regular reports and analytical sections for business teams;
— Creation and maintenance of dashboards for different levels of stakeholders;
— Work with data from internal databases and external providers (APIs);
— Monitoring key indicators and participating in setting alerts;
— Work with analytical models and metrics, improve calculation logic;
— Participate in improving data quality and update stability;
— Identify and optimize bottlenecks in queries and visualizations.

What is important to us:
— 2+ years of experience in the position of Data / Product / BI Analyst;
– Confident in SQL;
– Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker);

Will be a plus:
— Understanding of the principles of DWH and ETL processes;
— Ability to work with large amounts of data and form business conclusions;
— Experience in Fintech, Payments, or E-commerce.
